Compras.gov.br

The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, in partnership with Sebrae, makes the Compras.gov.br application available to suppliers, allowing them to monitor public procurement processes.

With an intuitive layout and modern design, the application offers quick and practical navigation, making it easier to hold competitions in the system.

Companies that are not yet government suppliers can register directly on the application and thus participate in tenders.

It is possible to register proposals and send bids directly through the application for direct contracts via electronic dismissal.

In this new version, it will be possible to monitor and interact during the judging and qualification phases of electronic bidding and electronic dismissal.

Discover some of the Application’s features:

- Register my company:
Register your company in the Unified Supplier Registration System (Sicaf), informing the CNPJ/CPF. This way, your company will be able to participate in the bidding processes.
Important: The company must be actively registered with the Federal Revenue Service to complete the process.

- Registration of proposals:
Register proposals for electronic dismissal directly through the application. Simply choose the exemption with the current deadline for registration. Proposals will be available in the application and on the web.

- Bid Submission:
It is possible to send bids for purchases made via electronic dispensing in the app. Select the procedure that has the current deadline for submitting bids in dispute, select the desired item and submit your bid.
To send bids, you must have registered the proposal on that item.

- Supplier selection:
It is possible to monitor and interact in the judging and qualification phases both in direct hiring via electronic dismissal and in electronic bidding. Carry out negotiations, respond to chat messages and send attachments (when called) for electronic waivers and electronic bids.

You can also follow the judgment, qualification and approval phases, as well as send an attachment, selecting the desired item and the corresponding action.

- Login with biometrics:
With the use of Biometrics, you continue to have complete access security, but without the need to enter your credentials again.

- Filters:
Personalize the viewing and receipt of hiring process opportunities and messages.

In order for you to be able to view the hiring processes and receive notifications, you must select at least one supply line.

- Opportunities:
View the hiring processes that have a deadline for receiving current proposals.
Opportunities are presented according to the filters made.

- Messages:
Receive directly in the application communications related to the hiring processes that you have favorited or sent a proposal, as well as warning messages, clarifications and objections.

- Commitments:
An appointment calendar, where you can view your upcoming appointments.

- Participations:
Allows the Supplier who sent proposals to view and monitor electronic contracts since 2017.

- Favorites:
When you favorite a process or items from a contract, they will become part of your list of commitments. This way, you will be able to follow and observe specific events related to favorite processes or items.

- Help:
Area with guidance on use and the main features of the app.

Get quick and easy access to notices.
