#Accor #ESG #DiaMundialDaPessoaRefugiada

At Accor, innovation is at the heart of our vision for the future of hospitality and our participation at Viva Technology 2025 was a powerful expression of this commitment. Accor was proud to showcase our work at the Travel Tech Hub, launched by Eventiz, alongside three inspiring start-ups we collaborate with: Luniwave, Fullsoon, and Alltheway travel tech. Together, we explored how innovation can reshape the travel and hospitality experience. Throughout the event, Accor’s leaders took the stage to share their vision for the future. Sébastien Bazin, Group Chairman & CEO participated in a Fireside Chat with Ariane Gorin, CEO of Expedia, discussing the intersection of technology, AI, and sustainability in the travel industry. Myriam El harraq, SVP of Brands, User Experience & Innovation, delved into Accor's innovation strategy and how we are shaping the future of travel experiences. Sylvain Morgaine, VP of the Innovation Lab, led discussions on how innovation in hospitality is driving AI integration and sustainability efforts, while Jean-François Guilmard, Chief Data Officer, explored the role of GenAI in hospitality. We were also honored to welcome Nathalie Delattre, Delegate Minister of Tourism, to the Accor stand, where she shared her vision for a more innovative future for French tourism. A huge thank you to all who made our participation possible, and to all the attendees who joined us to explore how technology can drive the future of tourism.

We are proud to announce that Fondation Le Refuge has joined the ALL - Accor Live Limitless x Dift platform, enabling members of the ALL Accor loyalty program to discover and support high-impact causes by donating their Reward points. In France, one in five LGBTQI+ individuals has experienced homelessness, often due to family rejection linked to their sexual orientation or gender identity. This rate is five times higher than that of the general population. Le Refuge offers young LGBTQI+ people shelter, support, and the chance to rebuild their lives in a safe and inclusive environment. Accor is committed to fostering a culture of diversity within our teams, across our hotels, and throughout the communities we serve. Through ALL x Dift, ALL Accor members can now donate their Reward points to help fund Le Refuge’s essential work: https://lnkd.in/ebk8dDS6 By acting together, we can turn solidarity into change and support a future where no one is left without a home.
