Mahsa Amini, 22, died after being arrested by Iran's morality police, triggering the biggest street protests in years and prompting a sweeping security crackdown and curbs on the internet and phones.
Zaghari-Ratcliffe was released earlier this year after spending six years in prison in Iran after being convicted of plotting to overthrow the clerical establishment. Her family and her employer, the Thomson Reuters Foundation, denied the charge against her.
