Há algumas semanas, no Campeonato Brasileiro de futebol série A, tivemos coros homofóbicos de torcidas em um estádio em São Paulo.

Há alguns meses, o jogador Vinicius Junior do Real Madrid, vem sofrendo ofensas de torcedores rivais sendo chamado de "Mono", ou macaco, com episódios recorrentes, sem nenhuma ação efetiva da La Liga ou até mesmo da FIFA.

O maior jogador de futebol, o maior jogador de basquete, o maior boxeador, a maior ginasta, o maior corredor da história, todos eram negros.

Não há mais espaço para preconceito, não somente no esporte, mas em nenhum lugar. 

Chegou a hora de isso mudar. Essa petição e abaixo assinado, propõe punição de perda de pontos para os clubes de futebol que tiverem suas torcidas cometendo tais crimes e que os torcedores identificados sejam banidos de frequentar o estadio e presos pela lei nacional do respectivo país. E que a punição do clube seja institucionalizada pela FIFA e acatada pelas confederações e ligas.

Que todos os brasileiros, cidadãos do mundo, artistas, atletas e extletas também assinem para mostrar que Vini Junior não está sozinho.

Vamos juntos lutar pelo esporte como ele tem que ser: sem preconceitos, promovendo união e entretenimento saudável.

A few weeks ago, in the Brazilian Serie A football championship, we had homophobic choruses from the crowd in a stadium in São Paulo.

  A few months ago, the player Vinicius Junior of Real Madrid, has been suffering offenses from rival fans being called "Mono", or monkey with recurring episodes, without any effective action from La Liga or even FIFA.

  The greatest football player, the greatest basketball player, the greatest boxer, the greatest gymnast, the greatest runner in history, they were all black.

  There is no more room for prejudice, not only in sport, but anywhere.

  The time has come for that to change.  This petition, and the undersigned, proposes punishment of loss of points for football clubs that have their fans committing such crimes and that the identified fans be banned from attending the stadium and arrested by the national law of the respective country.  And that the punishment of the club be institutionalized by FIFA and accepted by the confederations and leagues.

  May all Brazilians, citizens of the world, artists, athletes and exthletes also sign to show that Vini Junior is not alone.

  Let's fight together for sport as it has to be: without prejudice, promoting unity and healthy entertainment.
