Spent hour trying to pair my new air fryer— tried everything I can think of, split Wi-Fi, simplified SSID, hotspot, multiple devices — still getting CONN13 every time. This app is completely broken for a feature that’s heavily advertised. Appalling.Update So I tried again on a weekday and it appears to work. Seems like a server problem.

I love my Philips 7000 series combi Airfryer especially with the updated menu options but I have issues that the Home ID app locks me out when I turn the power off to the Airfryer. I live in an area where I need to leave devices unplugged off when not in use. Unfortunately when I do this I am locked out of the APP. It brings up the Home ID logo on the blue background but it will not enter the app. This is frustrating as I had hoped to be able to use the app even when I am not using the Air Fryer that I can look through recipes etc. Another issue is that I have not been able to find where I can request for help with this. Links below and others recommended will take me to the developers website only giving me the option to get help for the device but not for the APP. Can you also please show where I can get help when I cannot access the APP. I would very much like to be able to use the app regardless of if my device is plugged in at the time as well as a way to contact the developer about the APP. Thankyou

Frustrating and waste of time

Wanted to invest a bit more into getting a “decent” air fryer this time; my last one was cheap but lasted 3 years. Firstly, instantly faced multiple issues trying to create an account and sign in via the app and website with generic error and no explanation as to how to resolve. Finally managed to log in and am now getting generic error when trying to connect the device. Setting up a basic wifi connection shouldn’t take more than 5mins, let alone the 30mins it’s taken me to try and set this up already. I guess I won’t bother with wifi and will have to just use manually.
