  • 🌎 Last week, the global travel industry turned to Chicago and IPW 2025, reminding us of the power of in-person convenings to spark opportunity and chart the future of inbound travel. We're navigating a dynamic time: visitors are more cautious, budget-conscious, and value-driven. Yet the U.S. remains the world’s top long-haul aspirational destination. International arrivals are on pace with 2024, and global air connectivity is stronger than ever with 853,000+ nonstop flights and 44 new routes from 26 countries this year alone, adding 1.6M inbound seats. Looking ahead, the U.S. will host marquee events, from the 2026 World Cup to America 250 and the Route 66 Centennial, creating opportunities to grow business and welcome more visitors to our vibrant communities.
