First, the positive -- a lovely resort, in a lovely location, with great service. The really big negative -- they make the travel arrangements to and from Male (international airport) and the island. They work with a domestic airline with no published flight schedule. It is totally under their control. Well... on the way back, the airline was running late due to "a congested airport" and they had not allowed sufficient margin between the flights. My husband and son missed their international flight. Because the international flight is obviously a different airline, the international airline charged USD $3k to book my family on a new flight. We thought "no problem, we have travel insurance". Except -- guess what -- travel insurance does not cover trip interruption due to "a congested airport". Travel insurance reimbursed us $150/day for a delay (vs. an interruption) and that was it. Pullman took no responsibility for the additional expense even though it was caused by their arrangements, over which we had no control. We will never put ourselves in that position again.

Best couple holidays ever ! I am writing this commentary just after our massage session. A Maamuta signature and a Mother-to-be massages made by Mara and Barbara. Everything is as we expected and even better : services, food... We didn't make yet the other activities so I will update this comment later, but so far, it is perfect.

It was awesome experience. I and my hubby felt like we were in heaven. Tomorrow, we will come back and get one more massage. You literally can experience the calmness in here while getting massages and seeing the fantastic view. I, personally, have an insomnia disorder but I could get asleep in here 🥹 Thank you for your all the kindness and service.

Really relaxing , skin feels so soft after the scrub , tea and a drink was given before and after treatment which is a nice touch, different treatments available for different types , i would definitely do this again, staff are very friendly and Rani made me feel comfortable during my session
