Plaza Premium Group recently hosted a Zero-Waste Masterclass at our Plaza Premium Lounge, KLIA Terminal 2, led by renowned plant-based chef and zero-waste expert, Chef Vojtech Vegh. This masterclass brought together our culinary team, local chefs, and airport partners to deepen our efforts in reducing food waste and promoting sustainability. “The Zero-Waste Masterclass at KLIA T2 showcases our commitment to reducing food waste across Plaza Premium Group, stated Andreas Hoehne, Global Director, Culinary Group Operations. After six months of piloting the Winnow system in Malaysia, we have seen significant waste reduction, thanks to the dedication of our team. This Masterclass builds on that success by exploring further ways to minimise waste and enhance sustainability. Building on this success, we’re preparing to roll out the initiative to key locations including Hong Kong, Dubai, Toronto, and Riyadh.
