IPREP offers young professionals the opportunity to rotate through different Evonik business lines and locations worldwide, gaining hands-on experience and broadening their perspectives. IPREP members Alexis, Grant, Macy, Pallavi, and Sandra are currently working across our sites in Darmstadt, Hanau, and Wolfgang, contributing to teams in Healthcare, Sustainability, Smart Effects, and more. During a recent networking session in Wolfgang, the group explored how unconscious bias, diversity, and branding intersect and shared their own insights with teams from Engineering, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employer Branding. Macy, currently working in particle engineering in Hanau, shared: “Working at Evonik in Hanau, Germany has allowed me to grow personally and professionally through exposure to new cultures and broadened perspectives.
