Yesterday, our Founder and CEO, Mr. Song Hoi See, delivered an inspiring keynote titled “From Crisis to Opportunity Through Innovation: How to Build a Successful Business” at ESG Xchange 2025: ESG for Climate Actions International Summit, organised by 世界綠色組織 (World Green Organisation) (WGO) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. His extraordinary entrepreneurial journey began nearly three decades ago when he identified a gap in airport hospitality services for economy class travellers. Driven to fill this need, he launched the world’s first independent airport lounge at Hong Kong International Airport in 1998, setting a new standard for airport hospitality worldwide. Reflecting on the company’s evolution, Mr. Song highlighted how overcoming challenges has strengthened Plaza Premium Group’s resilience and enhanced its ability to seize new opportunities. He emphasized that persistence and resilience are vital, as crises often reveal hidden possibilities.
