Savi Beach Club is inspired by Anguilla’s famous hospitality in bringing people together to eat, drink, celebrate and raise their energy. The pearly white beach behind you and the atmosphere of celebration around you are guaranteed to help you shift into holiday mode.
The Restaurant
Your best friends are around a table, with plates of fresh food to share and the sound of waves crashing as you share your favourite stories. Straight out of the sea and onto the table, Executive Chef Dario Schiavo’s fusion menu combines a glug of Italian olive oil and a twist of Japanese ponzu to fire up your taste buds. Have a taste, close your eyes and dream.
The Bar
Lie back in your beach chair and take your first sip. With a swirl of your favourite cocktail from Eduard Balan’s bespoke menu on your tongue, touched by the taste of an Italian summer, or perhaps a Japanese spring, the feeling of holiday sets in.
