DMOs are facing a lot of question marks when it comes to the future of our websites - will they be relevant in a year? How do consumers and B2B partners plan travel, and how fast is that changing?     One Sales Mission. 500 business meetings. 190+ agents trained. Two key markets connected. In August, we completed our 2025 Argentina and Chile Sales Mission alongside Delta Air Lines, LATAM Airlines, and 12 U.S. partners. Together, these markets are forecasted to send over 1.1 million visitors to the USA in 2025. - Argentina: The USA’s 12th-largest source market, with 790,000 arrivals expected by year’s end. - Chile: A strategically valuable market supported by the Visa Waiver Program, with arrivals forecasted at 362,000 this year. Sales missions are a cornerstone of how Brand USA builds bridges between U.S. destinations and the international travel trade — creating the connections that drive demand, expand air service, and position the USA as a premier destination.     The Brand USA team had a productive time at U.S. Travel Association's ESTO in Phoenix, Arizona, where we connected with partners and shared a preview of our 2026 plans, including our new campaign, America The Beautiful. - Welcomed over 70 partners at our Industry Input Session, gathering valuable insights from partners across the country. - Our CMO, Leah Chandler, CDME, shared her unique perspective on the evolving marketing landscape during the Marketing on the Move panel. - Held 42 one-on-one partner meetings to align on shared goals. A big thank you to U.S. Travel Association for bringing our industry together, and to event hosts Arizona Office of Tourism and Visit Phoenix. Events like ESTO remind us that collaboration and shared storytelling fuel the future of our industry!

    Japan and South Korea rank among the top 10 international source markets for U.S. inbound travel. Brand USA's research shows intent to travel to the United States has grown over the summer months, with interest from both countries trending higher in Q2 compared to the start of the year. To capitalize on this momentum, Brand USA recently concluded successful sales missions to both markets. Mission Impact: - Seoul: 25 U.S. partners, 650+ business appointments with Korean trade professionals - Tokyo/Osaka: Nearly 30 U.S. partners, 700+ business appointments and targeted educational sessions - The Japan mission also included a special training event at the U.S. pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka. These missions equip international travel trade partners with the tools and destination insights needed to promote travel to the USA—fueling economic impact across our communities.
