We acknowledge the support of the Canada Council for the Arts. www.rodrigosimoes.ca ________________________________________ [português abaixo] RECIPE – BAIÃO DE 3 INGREDIENTS 1 plantain 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1 can of black-eyed beans 200g haloumi cheese 2 small tomatoes 1 big onion 2 garlic ghee 1/2 cup of cilantro / coriander Salt and pepper to taste PREPARATION cook the rice and set aside fry cheese with the ghee and set aside fry banana with the ghee and set aside fry garlic and onion with ghee add tomatoes and beans without the liquid add rice, cheese and coriander add salt and pepper finish with banana and coriander on top ________________________________________ RECEITA - BAIÃO DE 3 INGREDIENTES 1 banana da terra 1/2 xícara de arroz cru 1 lata de feijão de corda 200g de queijo coalho 2 tomates pequenos 1 cebola grande 2 alhos manteiga de garrafa 1/2 xícara de coentro sal e pimenta a gosto MODO DE PREPARO cozinhar o arroz e reservar fritar queijo com a manteiga de garrafa e reservar fritar banana com a manteiga de garrafa e reservar fritar alho e cebola com a manteiga de garrafa adicionar tomate e feijão sem o líquido adicionar o arroz, queijo e coentro adicionar sal e pimenta finalizar com banana e coentro no topo
